For broker partners
01 / Partner network

A new line for your book, without the friction.

If you are an independent Swiss broker working with property clients, we have built ImmoShield to give you something the market does not currently offer: a buildings cover that binds on the spot, with commissions that match the value you bring, and the option to put your brand alongside ours where it makes sense.

Three reasons why a serious broker should put ImmoShield in front of their next property client.
01

Commissions, above the line

Our commission structure is set materially above the buildings-segment market average and reflects the underwriting work the broker actually does. Variable, transparent, paid on closed business with no clawback gymnastics.

02

Immediate binding

ImmoShield is an inclusion product. The broker binds the cover on the spot, inside the agreed appetite, with no waiting for back-office approval, no policy in suspense, no re-quoting two weeks later.

03

Co-branded marketing

Optional, only if you want it. We put your name alongside ImmoShield in digital campaigns, dedicated landing pages and content for your social channels. Same brand strength as ours, scaled on your local market.

Why this MGA exists.

The Swiss buildings insurance market is structurally fragmented along regulatory lines. No Managing General Agency specialises in this segment today, and the technical, distributive and digital muscle required to serve it rarely sits in the same operator. ImmoShield is engineered to be that operator.

The dominant private offering today is sold one carrier at a time, through brokers acting individually and digital channels that rarely target the property owner at the moment of decision. There is no entity that pools risk selection, distribution and digital reach behind a single technical underwriting standard.

For the broker, this means a market where every new buildings policy is a manual negotiation with a different carrier each time. For the property owner, it means no clear path to a competitive cover, often defaulting to the first quote received. For the carrier, it means uneven underwriting quality and a distribution cost that does not scale.

ImmoShield resolves all three asymmetries from a single position: binding authority on behalf of a partner carrier, a curated broker network operating on one technical standard, and a direct digital channel that meets the property owner at the moment of decision.

03 / Institutional engagement

A binding facility on a segment with no dedicated MGA today.

ImmoShield is set up to operate with binding authority on behalf of a partner carrier, with risk control codified upstream and the loss ratio protected before any policy is bound. Detailed underwriting appetite, the full financial workbook and a walkthrough of the distribution architecture are available on request, under confidentiality.

  • Investor memo and 5-year financial workbook
  • Risk and appetite framework, jointly definable with the carrier
  • Distribution architecture and broker onboarding cadence
  • Founder team verifiable on public record

If you own a building in a canton where you can choose your insurer.

In the cantons of Geneva, Uri, Schwyz, Ticino, Appenzell Innerrhoden, Valais, Obwalden and in Liechtenstein, the building-fabric cover is in private hands, and you have the right to choose your insurer. ImmoShield can guide you to the right cover for your property, your building type and your appetite for additional risk.

No online sales funnel, no high-pressure tactics. A short conversation with our team to understand your situation, and a quote tailored to it. If you decide to proceed, we connect you with one of our partner brokers in your area.
